Black Knight Brands is a second-generation Canadian family business producing gourmet sausages, burgers and signature spice blends using recipes rooted in old-world Italian tradition.

It all began with Bruno, who started working in artisan meat plants in Italy and developed his own distinctive blend of spices by the age of 16. Those family recipes eventually made their way to Canada, where Black Knight Brands began supplying meats and spice blends to local restaurants and merchants. Today, the company serves hundreds of customers throughout Toronto, Caledon and the Greater Toronto Area.

Their secret is refreshingly simple: one-muscle meat with no additives or preservatives. Products are manufactured in a federally regulated facility and include ready-to-cook gourmet sausages and burger patties, as well as Black Knight Brands’ signature spice blends for restaurants and food-service operators who prepare their own meats.
